Audio Tape and Video DVD Ministry
We are very excited about our tape ministry, "Upwords Focus." The enhanced sound system in the auditorium now gives a full well-rounded representation of our worship services on audio cassette and DVD.
We expanded the ministry not only to shut-ins, but also to the lost of our community. If you have friends, relatives, or acquaintances who would like to receive a particular lesson, please contact the elder on call or Brenda West and they will assist you in getting the recorded message to those in need.
Georgia Agape
Many members individually support Georgia Agape by being foster parents and adopting children in need. You too can make a difference in the life of a child.
Preaching the Gospel (James Watkins) airs at 7:00 a.m. on WATC-TV 57 each Sunday morning. In Search of The Lord's Way (Mack Lyons) airs at 7:30 a.m. on WATC-TV 57 each Sunday morning.
Bible Call 404-292-3223 For Tape recorded information on hundreds of Bible Subjects call Bible Call.
Vacation Bible School
Each year in June we have Vacation Bible School, a series of evening meetings oriented toward youth. Participants learn valuable Bible lesson applications through skits and activities. Click here for a photo gallery of VBS.

We have a ministry to connect job seekers with prospective employers. View resumes and available positions here.
Missions Ministry
The Snellville Church of Christ has been involved in mission efforts in China, Alaska, Georgia, Haiti, Kentucky, and the South Pacific. Members of the congregation have been involved in many evangelistic efforts including preaching and teaching at area congregations. Daniel Fowler is currently being supported in his ministry education at Freed-Hardeman University. Josh Davis was being supported in his ministry education at Faulkner University. Mike Bennet was being supported in his ministry education at Harding University and is now a full time pulpit minister. Jarrod Holloway was also supported in his ministry education and is now also a full time pulpit minister. .
Bill Johnson was supported in Kentucky. Members of the congregation conducted a VBS in 1986. Robert Martin was supported in the South Pacific in 1984 and 1986.
The work in Haiti was under the oversight of the elders of the Snellville congregation for many years starting in 1986. The Elders decided to change our direct oversight of the Haiti work to another congregation. The congregation has assisted with a number of works with partial support instead of providing oversight to just one work. The congregation has helped support the work in the Philippines. The Snellville congregation at one time solely supported "In Search of the Lords Way" in the Atlanta area.
We began to support Mark Nicholas and his family in Kenya, Africa in 2000. We committed to four years.
In our current mission efforts we are supporting Allison Wright in Columbia, Daniel Fowler at Freed-Hardeman University, the Islands church of Christ and Jerry Sizemore in Russia, Rabun County, GA. and Oconee, GA.
